MHI��s greater experience in building container vessels gives it an edge over its two Korean rivals. SHI has,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], been building a 7,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],400 TEU-class vessel for a client in Hong Kong since last November, while HHI is currently in progress on the building of a 7,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],200 TEU-class vessel.
SHI, which established in-house expertise in design and secured new building technologies for 9,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 TEU-class ships last year, sent a marketing team to Maersk, China Shipping and P&O Nedlloyd towards the end of last year and early this year to give sales presentations on its expertise. HHI is also known to have already proposed an initial bid to China Shipping.
One executive at SHI said the global trend in container shipping is for firms to order large-sized container carriers to help reduce their expenses. The same executive predicted competition between shipbuilding firms would become more fierce.

Create a culture of always creating a leader in every follower. That way the organization is very strong as everyone knows they are being setup for leadership success and when the time comes, people are not panicking and wondering who is to take over as everyone is ready.
There is nothing as wasteful as a leader in a position and is ignorant of his/her priorities. I have always shared the notion that in every human being is the craving and desire to lead.
